Once you arrive at the 12th St. stop, head upstairs and take the A3 exit, Oakland City Center. Enter the plaza, use the stairs/escalator to the left of the fountain immediately in front of you. Once up the stairs continue straight, MOCHA will be on the left adjacent to escalators leading to the City Center Shops. If you need elevator access, please follow signs within BART. Exit elevator left onto Broadway. Cross 12th street, and enter Oakland City Center plaza (upper level). Head towards shops, turn right at Jamba Juice. You will see Core Kitchen Café, head to the rear of the building for elevator. Press A for lower level. Exit elevator to your left, exit garage left. MOCHA will be on the right side, adjacent to escalator.
