Facility Rentals

MOCHA adheres to Alameda County COVID Guidelines

Schedule your next workshop, retreat or special event in our new central location at City Center Oakland.  Our building features multiple different spaces, located right by the 12th Street Bart station, making it very accessible. Our facility is adaptable and provides moveable walls to maintain the creativity of your vision. We are centrally located close to BART.

Rental Options

Spaces Available:

  • Studio 1 - Learning Studio

  • Studio 2 - Main Exhibition

  • Studio 3 (Community Futures School Studio)

​Rates:

  • Single Studio Rates [Three (3) hours minimum],  use of small kitchen area, 1 Museum Programs Assistant (MPA) & Clean Up

    • Studio 1 Learning Studio - $125/per hour: 

    • Studio 2 Exhibition Studio - $175/ per hour

    • Studio 3 CFS Studio - $150/ per hour

  • Renting multiple studios? Get a 10% discount for two (2) or more studio rentals in one day. (Two [2] MPAs & Clean up)

  • Entire Museum All Day Rate: Two (2) MPAs, Set Up, and Clean Up

  • Studios 1, 2, & 3 - $1800

 

Non-Profit Organization?  Receive 20% discount
