cancellation policy

art parties

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations (14+ Days Notice): Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event are eligible for a credit card refund, minus a 15% processing fee. Alternatively, you may choose 100% MOCHA account credit.

  • Cancellations (72 Hours to 14 Days Notice): Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full MOCHA account credit to be used toward a future event. No credit card refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations (Less than 72 Hours Notice): No refunds or account credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event, or for guest no-shows.

camps

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Attendance: Reservations are booked for the full duration of the scheduled camp. Unless explicitly specified as a single-day camp, registration cannot be broken down into single-day passes. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for missed days.

  • Cancellations (14+ Days Notice): Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks prior to the camp start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% processing fee.

  • Cancellations (72 Hours to 14 Days Notice): Cancellations made within this window are eligible for MOCHA account credit.

  • Cancellations (Less than 72 Hours Notice): No refunds or account credits will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the camp start date.

field trips & workshops

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a separate payment plan is explicitly agreed upon. Any remaining balance is strictly due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

  • Cancellations (7+ Days Notice): Cancellations made at least one (1) week prior to the event start date will receive a full MOCHA account credit for a future event.

  • Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Notice): Cancellations made less than one (1) week prior to the event will receive a MOCHA account credit, minus a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Refunds: Credit card refunds are not available for field trips or workshops under any circumstances.

facility rentals

  • Payment: A signed facility rental agreement and a non-refundable 25% deposit are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

  • Cancellations: The Lessee may cancel this agreement at any time up to 7 days prior to the event date by providing written notice. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the 25% non-refundable deposit; any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

cancellations by  mocha

If MOCHA must cancel a camp, field trip, workshop, or Art Party due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive your choice of:

  • A rescheduled date

  • A full MOCHA account credit

  • A full credit card refund
