Art Party

• Full payment is required when booking an Art Party.  

• Requests for credit card refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and will incur a 15% processing fee. Only MOCHA account credit options are available if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks.

• Cancellation needs to be within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled date to receive full credit amount to your account to use for a future event.

• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of art party.

Camps

• Full payment is required when booking a CAMP.  

• Unless specified as a one (1) day camp,  a “camp” is based on the number of days scheduled. These camps cannot be broken down into single day passes.

• Requests for credit card refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and will incur a 15% processing fee. 

• Only MOCHA account credit options are available if cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks before the start of camp.

• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of camp start date.

Field Trips/Workshops

• Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is required when booking a field trip or workshop (Balance due two (2) weeks prior to event). Cancellation of reservation must be within one (1) week of field trip/workshop start date to receive full credit to your account for a future event. Cancellations less than one (1) week prior to the start of a field trip/workshop will minus a $50 late cancellation fee.  NO CREDIT CARD refund will be issued.

 

Facility Rentals

• A facility rental agreement must be signed with a deposit of 25% (non-refundable but applied to cost) of total agreement.  The balance is due within two (2) weeks of the event.  Lessee may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 7 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to Lessor minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.

No cash/credit card refunds or partial refunds will be issued for missed days of camp, early withdrawals, or party guest no shows.

Cancellations by MOCHA

• If MOCHA must cancel a camp, field trip, or workshop due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance, you may elect to reschedule, receive account credit, or credit card refund.  If MOCHA must cancel your Art Party for any unforeseen circumstance, you may elect to receive an account credit, credit card refund, or rescheduled date.
