Book reading begins at 12:00pm
Book synopsis: Meet Zamzam - a little boy with grandparents in Egypt and America. He shares his observations in my newest picture book, Zamzam, noticing similarities and differences between New York City and Alexandria, Egypt - and finally realizing that in the end, we all live under the same moon. Zamzam has received a Children’s Africana Book Award.
